Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Technician to join our FMCG production team on a fully remote basis. You will perform QA tests on raw materials, in-process and finished goods, and document results to ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and other standards.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of QC/QA experience in FMCG industry.
• Familiarity with QC methodologies, testing procedures, and relevant regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to established protocols.
• Analyze test results and interpret data to determine product compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Document all quality control activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain calibration and good working order of laboratory equipment.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant food safety and quality regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
