Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in QA/QC in food manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP.
• Experience managing a QA/QC team.
• Strong regulatory understanding for SA food products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with quality management software and statistical tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with audits (internal & external).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Midrand production environment.
