Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead remote QA initiatives across all production lines. You will develop and oversee comprehensive quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and customer requirements.

You will drive data-driven decision making, mentor distributed QA teams, and collaborate with R&D, operations, and supply chain to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field; Master's preferred.
• 6–8 years in QA within food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage overall QA strategy and systems.
• Lead remote audits and assessments of processes and facilities.
• Identify trends, root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor the QA team and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure product traceability and recall procedures.
