Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in the procurement system.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services, resolving logistical issues.
• Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier information and contract details.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to fulfill purchasing needs.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis of spending data.
