Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in purchasing and procurement, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of cost-saving procurement strategies.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Experience managing remote teams and using virtual collaboration tools.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive purchasing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market conditions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of procurement professionals.
• Oversee all aspects of the procurement lifecycle: sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and vendor performance.
