Placements24 is hiring a dedicated Remote Purchasing Officer to oversee sourcing and procurement for a fully remote South Africa–based role. You will source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely, cost-efficient acquisitions while coordinating with internal departments and maintaining transparent records.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of purchasing experience, with strong communication and proficiency in ERP and procurement tools.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Experience with vendor management, negotiation and contracts.
• Strong procurement knowledge and cost-savings focus.
• Excellent remote-working communication and collaboration skills.
