Placements24 seeks a Remote Purchasing Administrator to manage procurement for a fast-growing e-commerce platform from anywhere in South Africa. The role requires handling requisitions, issuing purchase orders, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in purchasing or procurement, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in SCM or related field.
• 2–3 years in purchasing, procurement, or admin roles.
• Strong remote work productivity and organization.

Responsabilités

• Process requisitions and issue purchase orders.
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations.
• Negotiate pricing for small value purchases.
• Track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify invoices against POs and deliveries.
• Maintain digital records of contracts and suppliers.
• Communicate with internal teams about orders.
• Support procurement data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with remote procurement policies.
