Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Enablement Manager for the Public Sector, based in South Africa, with fully remote work options. You will design onboarding, update playbooks, and deliver sector-specific training to accelerate seller readiness and improve deal execution.

You will collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to ensure messaging is accurate and resources align with customer needs, while driving adoption in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years in sales enablement or Public Sector sales leadership.
• Experience enabling Public Sector sellers and government buyers.
• Proven ability to create onboarding modules and playbooks quickly.
• Hands-on with enablement tools and workflows to boost adoption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for frontline teams.
• Data-driven and able to measure program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine onboarding experiences for Public Sector sellers.
• Maintain sales playbooks and current content; update within 3 days if needed.
• Create sector-specific training and micro-enablement resources within 72 hours.
• Partner with managers to reinforce qualification standards and deal management.
• Maintain a content hub and drive adoption above 90%.
• Measure onboarding progress, content adoption, and funnel metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
• Respond quickly to priorities and continuously improve resources.
