Jobgether in South Africa is seeking a Product Manager to shape how organizations adopt and govern a shared development platform across teams. The role focuses on making platform self‑service for employees and AI agents, with clear controls for identity, permissions, auditing and spending.

You’ll guide the journey from initial experiments to production applications, working with Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management for developer tools, infrastructure, or internal platforms.
• Experience building self‑service products with strong developer experience and governance needs.
• Understand software builders’ needs and enterprise infrastructure responsibilities.
• Ability to reason about identity, permissions, and usage attribution in complex systems.
• Insight into how AI agents are changing software development in organizations.
• Experience with experimentation and data analysis to link onboarding to engagement.
• Bias toward action, iterative development, and shipping with feedback.
• Hands‑on PM with experience using the products you own.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation and enterprise adoption.
• Make project creation and onboarding self‑service for access and infra on the platform.
• Develop a unified administration experience showing projects, usage and resources.
• Define ownership, access, boundaries, and team permissions with oversight.
• Collaborate with platform, IT, security, and finance to translate requirements into controls.
• Define the path from experimentation to production as governance evolves.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success to scale customer implementations.
• Define success metrics and end‑to‑end product measurement to guide decisions.
