Sage is seeking a Partner Enablement Program Manager for a hybrid role based in Midrand - Johannesburg, with at least 3 days on‑site weekly. You will craft and deliver strategic enablement experiences that boost partner onboarding, development and performance, collaborating with regional teams and partner leaders to align initiatives with business goals.

- Experience developing and delivering enablement, learning, coaching or capability-building programmes.
- Strong programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, partner leaders and cross-functional teams.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and deliver strategic partner enablement programmes aligned to regional priorities and business objectives.
- Lead partner coaching and performance initiatives aligned with the wider Partner Enablement strategy.
- Measure the impact of enablement activities and address gaps through targeted coaching and development.
- Report on enablement outcomes and performance improvements to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate to define and document detailed regional enablement plans.
