Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding & Member Success Coach based in South Africa to help new members get started confidently on a digital learning platform. You will guide corporate clients' employees through onboarding sessions, highlighting training opportunities and platform features to maximize adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding and coaching sessions with new members.

• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding with timely support.
• Adapt communication to different user needs and learning preferences.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve onboarding and member experience.
