Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an organized Operations & Project Coordinator to support UK renovation project delivery from South Africa. You’ll bridge on-site contractors and leadership, ensuring schedules and documentation stay on track, with a six‑week training handover.

Remote role with UK business hours and strong attention to detail is essential. Ideal candidates excel at managing processes, communicating clearly, taking ownership, and moving multiple projects forward.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication for frequent UK client calls.
• Resident of South Africa with reliable internet.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-project management.
• Ability to work UK business hours.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with process ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage our custom site inspection app, reviewing AI‑generated reports and finalising accurate project documentation
• Coordinate active property conversion projects by following up with contractors for progress updates, photographic evidence, and essential project information
• Serve as the main point of contact for UK utility and energy providers, managing complex processes and lengthy hold times to arrange meter relocations and new connections
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and email to obtain approvals, gather required information, and provide regular project updates
• Maintain key project records, including valuation sheets, invoices, schedules of work, and other documentation using established templates
• Become an expert in the company's internal knowledge base, using it to resolve issues independently before escalating them to the Director
