Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an Operations & Project Coordinator to act as the central engine of our property conversion consultancy. This remote role, based in South Africa, connects contractors on-site with leadership, ensuring UK-based renovation projects stay on schedule and well documented.

You’ll manage the project administration, chase updates, coordinate with UK utility providers, and maintain client communications while working UK business hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication for professional calls with UK clients.
• Resident of South Africa with reliable internet and ability to work UK hours.
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple moving parts.
• High persistence and patience navigating admin hurdles or providers.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, WhatsApp and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of the custom site inspection app and audit AI-drafted reports.
• Coordinate live conversion projects by chasing contractor progress and data.
• Serve as primary contact for UK utilities, securing meter Relocations and new connections.
• Facilitate client communications via WhatsApp and email with status updates.
• Maintain project paperwork, including valuation sheets, invoices and schedules.
• Maintain the internal knowledge base and escalate to Director when needed.
