Formación

• Experience coordinating schedules or bookings, with examples of managing busy diaries.
• Familiarity with Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly.
• Clear, friendly written English.
• A reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace.
• Availability for 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Responsabilidades

• Book and reschedule appointments and meetings.
• Match staff availability to demand across UK time zones.
• Send reminders and confirmations.
• Resolve clashes quickly and politely.
• Keep the scheduling system and shared calendars accurate.
