Huzzle is seeking a highly organized Operations & Project Coordinator to bridge contractors on-site with our leadership, ensuring that UK-based Renovation projects stay on schedule and documented to perfection. This remote role is based in South Africa and follows UK business hours, ideal for someone who thrives on process, clear communication, and professional ownership.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication for frequent professional calls with UK clients.
• Resident of South Africa with reliable internet and ability to work UK hours.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing checklists and multiple moving parts.
• High level of persistence and patience handling administrative hurdles or external providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of our custom site inspection app, auditing AI-drafted reports and finalizing project documentation.
• Coordinate live conversion projects by chasing contractors for progress updates and data.
• Act as primary contact for UK utility and energy providers, navigating processes and long hold times.
• Facilitate client communication via WhatsApp and email, gathering authorizations and updates.
• Maintain project paperwork, including valuation sheets, invoices, and schedules of work using templates.
• Master and maintain the internal knowledge base to solve problems independently.
