Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong familiarity with water, electricity, or gas distribution projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and close of utility infrastructure projects.
• Develop project plans: scope, budgets, schedules, resources.
• Oversee design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and regulators.
• Track progress and KPIs; ensure timely handover of assets.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and drive process improvements.
