Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Project Manager to lead key SaaS software initiatives. You will plan, execute, and deliver complex projects on time and within scope, coordinating cross‑functional teams across geographies in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management with SaaS product delivery, strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk mitigation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in SaaS product development.
• Proven experience leading remote and distributed teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and various development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management for virtual collaboration.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Trello.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex SaaS product development projects from initiation to launch.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with product owners and stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective team communication and collaboration.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Track project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular, clear status reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
