About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global product launches and feature rollouts for SaaS platforms.

• Manage and motivate geographically dispersed, cross-functional project teams.

• Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and product specifications in all global deployments.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among international teams and stakeholders through various digital channels.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external resources as required for global initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in remote project management and international collaboration.
• Conduct post-launch reviews, gather feedback, and implement lessons learned for future rollouts.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with a significant focus on global software/SaaS product rollouts.
• Proven success in managing complex, international projects with distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product lifecycles, and agile development methodologies.
• Expertise in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels globally.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and deliver results within defined constraints.
• Experience working in a remote-first environment is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
