Qualifications

• Experience as a Buyer or procurement role focused on operational supplies.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier contract management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with procurement software and standard business apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and purchasing of operational supplies within budget and quality standards.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers, negotiating terms and delivery agreements.
• Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Monitor supplier performance and address delivery or invoicing issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast supply needs and ensure stock levels.
