Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 6 years of process safety experience in oil & gas or chemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of PSM elements, HAZOP, SIL, and PRA.
• Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PSM programs, including PHA, LOPA, and risk assessments.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections for regulatory and company standards.
• Investigate process safety incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Deliver process safety training to relevant personnel.
• Review designs and MOC processes for safety implications.
