Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new processes or modifications to existing ones to enhance productivity and quality.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot tests for proposed process changes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless implementation of process improvements.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to model and optimize process performance.
