Placements24 is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our client’s manufacturing operations remotely. You will design, implement, and optimize processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality while collaborating virtually with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in process engineering, a Bachelor's in Chemical or Industrial Engineering, and proficiency in process simulation, data analysis, Lean and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong skills in process simulation, data analysis, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Proven ability to manage remote projects and drive change.
• Excellent problem-solving and systematic process design.
• Proficient in engineering software and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks using statistical methods.
• Implement new technologies and manage projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Collaborate virtually with production, QA, and R&D to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
