Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, including remote support.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze production data and implement remote improvements.
• Excellent communication for remote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze and implement improvements to manufacturing processes via remote collaboration tools.
• Develop and document SOPs and best practices for production.
• Remote analysis of production data to identify inefficiencies and optimization.
• Collaborate with on-site teams, engineering and quality assurance.
• Lead virtual projects focused on process innovation, automation and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety and quality requirements.
