You will analyze, design, and implement improvements to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality, collaborating with global teams to drive operational excellence and apply Lean and Six Sigma best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process improvement.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and statistical software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, essential for a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing production and operational processes to identify areas for improvement using data-driven methods.
• Design and develop optimized workflows, layouts, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Utilize process simulation software to model and evaluate proposed changes before implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain, via virtual communication channels.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all process improvements and standard operating procedures.
