Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Manufacturing Process Specialist to analyze, optimize, and document manufacturing processes across sites from a home office. The role is fully remote with cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production teams.

You will develop SOPs, provide remote guidance, research new technologies, and lead virtual workshops to drive lean improvements and standardization, delivering high-quality output and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing process improvement or engineering.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze remote manufacturing data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Develop and refine SOPs and work instructions for processes.
• Provide remote technical guidance to production teams and engineers.
• Research and recommend technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
