- Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering required.
- 5+ years in process engineering in speciality/fine chemicals.
- Experience with pilot plant operations and scale-up.
- Remote collaboration and strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for production of speciality chemicals.
- Conduct pilot plant studies and scale-up trials to validate process designs.
- Collaborate with R&D to troubleshoot synthesis routes and improve purity and yield.
- Develop process documentation (P&IDs, SOPs, and batch records).
- Analyze process data to identify efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
- Ensure all processes meet stringent quality, safety, and environmental standards.
