ScalableOS is seeking a Presales Engineer to guide clients through complex technology decisions, translating requirements into actionable plans for the Projects team. You will combine deep expertise in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed IT services with strong client consultation skills to shape winning proposals.

In this role you’ll participate in discovery calls, map business needs to technical outcomes, and collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Support to ensure feasible, scalable

Qualificações

• Discovery calls with clients to understand business and technical pain points.
• 5+ years of technical support experience in an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems.
• Deep knowledge of networking concepts and design (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls).
• Experience designing cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD, Intune).
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management practices.
• Experience with RMM tools (Datto RMM is a plus).
• Experience with Autotask PSA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Client Engagement: Participate in scoping calls to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Requirements Analysis: Investigate and validate client requirements through detailed discussions.
• Environment Assessment: Document client infrastructure, applications, and processes to identify gaps.
• Solution Design: Develop scalable, cost-effective managed services solutions.
• Presentation & Proposal: Create and deliver solution presentations and proposals outlining value and approaches.
• Collaboration: Work with Sales, Projects, and Support to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Research: Learn emerging technologies and inform offerings through internal discussions.
• Educate internal teams on new solutions and deployment.
• Growth: Role to evolve with company’s aggressive growth goals.
