You will tackle complex challenges in grid stability, load flow analysis, and renewable integration, collaborating with a global team using cutting-edge simulation tools to deliver reliable energy delivery and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems specialization.
• 6+ years of professional experience in power systems analysis and design.
• Strong knowledge of grid operations, protection schemes, and load forecasting.
• Proficiency with power system simulation tools and renewable integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and remote-work capability.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex power flow, short-circuit, and stability analyses for generation, transmission, and distribution systems.
• Design and optimize electrical substations, transmission lines, and other grid infrastructure components.
• Develop and implement strategies for the integration of renewable energy sources (solar, wind) into the existing power grid.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams on grid modernization projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Utilize advanced simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, PSCAD) for system modeling and performance evaluation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to grid operation and stability, providing expert guidance.
