Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various paid channels (SEM, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets across all performance marketing channels to maximize ROI and achieve target CPA/ROAS.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing significant marketing budgets and achieving aggressive performance targets.
• Expertise in SEM (Google Ads), paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and affiliate marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and advanced Excel/SQL.
• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent understanding of marketing attribution models and their application.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and data-driven environment.
• Experience in the FinTech industry is a strong plus.
