Job summary

Shopritex is seeking a Remote Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead paid acquisition from anywhere. You will craft data-driven strategies across paid search, social, display and affiliate channels to drive qualified leads and customer growth.

Leading budgets and optimizing campaigns for KPIs, you will work with analytics to report results and collaborate with global teams, while staying connected to initiatives from Durban.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing with paid acquisition focus.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets and driving measurable results.
• Deep knowledge of GA, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and tracking tech.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication and remote-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels.

• Manage substantial advertising budgets, meticulously tracking spend and optimizing campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
