Placements24 is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to join a fully remote team. You will oversee all paid acquisition channels, drive scalable growth, and maximize ROAS, delivering measurable results across platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn from anywhere in South Africa.

The role focuses on developing sophisticated paid media strategies, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with analytics to report performance against targets.

Formación

• 6+ years in performance marketing with paid acquisition focus.
• Proven track record scaling paid media campaigns with large budgets.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau.
• Experience with CRO and A/B testing methodologies.
• Understanding of attribution models and LTV.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage data-driven performance marketing strategies across all paid digital channels.
• Oversee SEM, paid social, display advertising, and other performance-focused campaigns.
• Manage and allocate significant advertising budgets to achieve aggressive growth targets and ROAS goals.
• Conduct in-depth A/B testing and campaign analysis to continuously improve performance.
• Work closely with analytics teams to track, measure, and report on campaign performance against key metrics.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversion.
• Identify and test new channels and platforms for customer acquisition.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on performance data.
