The ideal candidate has 6+ years in performance marketing, expert proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and strong data analytics capabilities. You will collaborate across marketing, product, and sales to optimize ROI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 6+ years in performance marketing with emphasis on paid channels.
• Proven track record managing large budgets and scalable growth in SaaS/tech.
• Expertise in major platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets to hit CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC targets.
• Conduct deep performance analysis to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Lead A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to align campaigns with goals and CRO.
• Stay ahead of trends and experiment with new channels and tools.
• Develop dashboards and regular reports for stakeholders.
• Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors.
• Mentor junior team members.
