Placements24 is seeking a Remote Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead data-driven paid acquisition across search, social, display, and affiliate channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with paid acquisition focus.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large advertising budgets and driving measurable results for B2C or B2B businesses.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and various ad tracking technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others).
• Manage substantial advertising budgets, track spend, and optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with analytics to track, measure, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Work with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
