Blacksmith Agency is a fully remote, AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing brands. You will set strategy, manage budgets, and drive performance for US, UK, and other markets while coordinating with clients on live calls.

You’ll own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, build roadmaps, and narrate the numbers behind success stories. Remote role with collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Agency experience across several clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; tell the numbers' story.
• Grow account revenue through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
