Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You are the strategic voice on calls, shaping targeting, budgets, and narrative as campaigns run.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS and drive a clear 90-day roadmap for each client, nurturing long-term growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
