Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing brands. You’ll be the strategic voice on campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, shaping budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives.

You’ll lead end-to-end paid media efforts with a focus on ROAS, CPA and pipeline metrics, while maintaining direct communication with US clients on live calls. Remote-friendly with international client exposure.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Plan the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
