Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote-first AI-driven digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Manager. You will own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients, guiding targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and client storytelling during calls.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids and budgets, and deliver transparent attribution with GA4 and tags. English communications with US clients are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
