Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; oversee bidding, testing, tracking, and attribution; and drive 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with a focus on retention

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, building, running and optimizing campaigns.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
