Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmap and narrative when clients ask why.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, track performance with GA4 and tag manager, and present 90-day plans with clear numbers on calls. This is a full-time remote role with US, Canada or SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built/run by you.
• Track ROAS/CPA/pipeline numbers and explain results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
