Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You guide budget calls, roadmaps, and client narratives on why campaigns perform as they do.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, deliver 90-day plans, track conversions with GA4 and tag manager, and drive account growth and long-term relationships with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics in campaigns.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads across client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers behind results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
