Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative in client conversations, acting as the strategic voice on calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS and CPA, and drive long-term client relationships. This remote-first role supports US, Canada, and South Africa clients.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, building and optimizing campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client-ready results.
• Experience serving multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Excellent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategy, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
