Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to lead top-of-funnel outreach across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and create personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will maintain clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records, test messaging, and continuously improve targeting in collaboration with the sales team. This is a remote role within SA.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar work experience.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
