Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will drive the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified meetings with potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute personalized outreach at scale. This is a full-time, remote role within South Africa, focused on building pipeline and contributing to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Experience using outbound tools and CRM platforms.
• Gritty, coachable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM records and tool usage.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.
