Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This is hands-on outbound outreach using tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, and Salesforce to build a strong pipeline. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM data and continuously optimize messaging to improve response rates and qualified

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and sequence automation.
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline and CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for the Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.
