inBeat Agency is building its outbound motion from the ground up, and this is a genuine opportunity to help build that foundation from day one. You’ll generate qualified pipeline across every outbound channel we’re building—email, phone, and LinkedIn—targeting procurement led opportunities, webinars, and events, all at once.

This foundational hire lets you shape how it works, build the processes behind it, and grow as the function grows, while collaborating with senior leadership across time

Qualifications

• Proven experience running structured outbound campaigns across channels.
• Ability to manage multiple outbound motions simultaneously.
• Hands-on with sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn).
• Excellent written communication tailored to senior marketing stakeholders.
• Self-directed with initiative to build new processes in an evolving function.
• Comfortable working in any timezone; not tied to North American hours.

Responsibilities

• Run structured, multi-touch outbound cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline.
• Target procurement personas to position Fieldtrip before inbound discovery.
• Drive outreach around webinars and events; invite prospects and convert attendees to meetings.
• Develop general outbound sequences for target accounts beyond procurement or events.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives with clean context.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date on all outbound activity.
