Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role (agency or SaaS exposure a plus).
• Ability to conduct thorough account research and build ICP-based lists.
• Experience personalizing outreach at scale with high-quality, human touch.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
