You will drive the strategy, development, and operational success of the learning platform to deliver a seamless educational experience for nationwide users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years managing online learning platforms or LMS projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the online learning platform, focusing on user experience, content delivery, and technological advancements.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the platform, including user support, content updates, and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical teams to create and integrate engaging online courses and resources.
• Analyze platform performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Ensure the platform complies with accessibility standards and data privacy regulations.
