Placements24 is seeking a Virtual Learning Platform Manager to oversee a fully remote LMS and ensure its usability aligns with pedagogical goals. You will manage daily operations, implement features, and provide user training from home.

The role requires strong LMS experience, technical aptitude, and the ability to analyze data to improve effectiveness while collaborating with a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or education tech or related field.
• 4+ years of LMS management/administration experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with remote training ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the virtual learning platform (LMS).
• Provide technical support and training to instructors, students, and administrators remotely.
• Implement and configure new features, tools, and integrations for the platform.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify improvements and report on effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and training materials.
