Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Online Learning Platform Administrator to manage its digital education ecosystem. This remote role, based in Klerksdorp, focuses on LMS operations, user management, and content uploads, supporting educators and students online across the North West region and beyond.

You will handle troubleshooting, develop training materials, monitor performance, and ensure data security for a robust learning environment, while collaborating with IT and content teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Education.
• Experience administering LMS (Moodle/Blackboard/Canvas) or similar online platforms.
• Strong understanding of online learning principles and educational technology.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting with web-based apps.
• Excellent communication for a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS (user management, course setup, content uploads).
• Provide technical support to educators and students.
• Develop and deliver LMS training materials and sessions.
• Monitor platform performance and generate usage reports.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS.
• Collaborate with content developers and IT teams to integrate features.
