Placements24 is seeking an innovative Online Course Developer & Facilitator to join our fully remote team, supporting learners across Gauteng and beyond. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging online learning experiences using advanced e-learning tools and instructional design principles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
Proven experience in developing and facilitating online courses.
Proficiency with LMS such as Moodle, Canvas or Blackboard.
Strong skills in multimedia content creation and instructional design principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage remote learners.

Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive online courses using multimedia tools and e-learning authoring software.
Facilitate online discussions, provide timely feedback, and support student learning.
Create and manage course content including videos, readings, assignments, and assessments.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure course accuracy and relevance.
Monitor student progress and adjust delivery as needed.
